Die Cut Operator – 3rd Shift 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 2558 Pearl Buck Road, Bristol, PA 19056 We are looking for a Die Cut Machine Operator for our 3rd shift in Bristol, PA.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

Complies with all company safety rules and workplace conduct requirements Sets up and runs a Bobst die cutter machine Performs routine machine maintenance Monitors the entire die cutting process to ensure quality Performs die repair, including replacing knife, creases and rubber Familiar with both inline/offline embossing and has experience using a honeycomb Assists in training other individuals and team members when required Demonstrates a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction Performs other job duties as assigned Job Requirements HS Diploma or GED required Applicants should have prior KBA, Bobst, or other die cutter operation experience Possess excellent computer skills Ability to lift 10 – 15 pounds continuously with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift Must have good visual acuity Must have good color vision Must demonstrate basic mathematical skills Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently Must be able to perform well under deadline constraints and meet quality standards Must be detail oriented and have excellent, quality driven work habits Must be able to work with and around inks, solvents, and other chemicals Willingness to work overtime when needed, including weekends Ability to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction About Us Max Solutions, Inc. provides value added solutions for customers in the healthcare and consumer industries using the latest in technology and equipment.
