3+ years expereince as a Toll/Moldmaker, CNC Machining, MasterCAM, ProEm EDM, Mill, Lathe Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our manufacturing team. The Toolmaker will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining tools and dies used in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in production. Key Responsibilities Design and fabricate tools, dies, and fixtures according to specifications.
Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-quality components.
Utilize CAD and CAM software to create detailed designs and program CNC machines.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure tools meet specifications and tolerances.
Troubleshoot and repair tooling issues to minimize downtime in production.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and tool designs. Qualifications 3yrs proven experience as a Toolmaker or Moldmaker or similar role.
Proficiency in CNC Machining and CNC Programming.
Experience with CAM and MasterCAM software.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Familiarity with tool design, blueprint reading, and injection molding is a plus.
Ability to work with metalworking tools and equipment, including EDM and grinders.
