  • (253337) Coordinates all phases of GI and Pulmonary procedure scheduling (self, direct, secondary and tertiary referrals) coordination of logistical aspects of tertiary referrals, pre-procedure testing & anesthesia clearance.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Experience 2 Years experience with medical scheduling and coordinating of multifaceted patient care appointments (Required) 1 Year experience documenting in an electronic medical record system (Required) 2 Years experience scheduling and coordinating Interventional and non-interventional endoscopy procedures (Preferred) License/Certifications CCMA

  • Cert Clin Medical Assistant (Preferred) or CMA
