JOB SUMMARY:
Placement of diamonds into a mold, according to company’s blueprint specifications. Applies different types of setting methods, based on type of roll to be manufactured.
Setting methods include:
Plated & sintered product.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
This position requires an individual who is flexible and a team player. The applicant must be able to work with deadlines and production schedules. A High School diploma or its equivalency is required, technical school training, apprenticeship program or equivalent is preferred. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and must be able to read and interpret blueprints pertaining to diamond setting. Requires mental and visual attention to detailed, tedious work requiring constant attention and coordination.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Works from a blue print.
- Places diamonds into a mold as specified.
- Weighs and sorts diamonds.
- Performs own inspections.
- Adheres to all safety requirements.
- Assures tools are in clean and proper condition for usage.
- Maintains clean and orderly work area.
- Performs tasks as requested by Manager/supervisor
- Adheres to the Quality Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
