Your Key Responsibilities Complete 7,000 hoursbetween the College Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in ourmanufacturing facilities Assembles tool sets for production Breaksdown and cleans tooling after production Inspects tooling fordamage or wear after production Makes major repairs to toolingCompletes minor tool optimization projects Maintain complete andaccurate records on tooling as required Maintain a clean and safework area Follows all safety rules and practices Follows allquality procedures Adheres to company policies, safety standards,and good housekeeping practices including 5-S standardsSuccessfully complete, to the Company’s specification, courses ofstudy required for the Associates Degree in Machine Tool TechnologyYour Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Successfulcompletion of the Compass Placement Test (required for schooladmission) Ability to move or lift 35 pounds Applicants must beauthorized to work in the US without employment VISA or othersponsorship Our Offering Salary range: $17.10 – $19.90 See all ourBenefits on: www.schaefflerbenefits.com
