) Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities Repair and maintenance of dies within a timely manner Ensure tools are ready according to production schedule Monitor production status of dies Drive quality improvements of tools based on changeover times hits/hour, and quality. Order spare parts and Tool components, Meet with outside Die shops and obtains quotes for any work to be sub-contracted. Address employee suggestions as required and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Keeps management informed daily

standards. Reviews requirement and monitors daily quality status of production tooling to ensure total defect free shipments. Performs customer visits as required. Ensures equipment breakdowns and downtime is dealt with immediately. Coordinate implement and monitor effectiveness of all initiatives generated to improve productivity, safety, and report back when done and any other duties that may be assigned. Maintains timely records and information Performs all other related duties as assigned. General Complies with the designated

Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors. Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as always required Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards Strives for continuous improvement Position Qualifications Currently working towards obtaining a valid Tool & Die Makers Certificate and 3 to 5 years of job-related experience.
