Position Overview:

The Housing Operator will set up and operate metal stamping presses, roll mills, and other equipment to support customer product sample requests and production requirements.

What You’ll Do:

Set up, adjust, and operate metal stamping presses & rolling mills Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment Monitor press operations for efficiency and quality Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality compliance

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills ✅ Knowledge of press setup procedures & die installation ✅ Ability to read blueprints & engineering drawings ✅ Experience using hand & power tools for setup and adjustments ✅ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of machine setup & operation experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Standing, walking, reaching, and occasional equipment operation
