Tool and Die Position in Lebanon, TN, 37090 Job Description Weare currently seeking a skilled candidate with Tool and Dieexperience to join our team in Lebanon, TN. The ideal candidatewill have experience in designing, building, and repairing toolsand dies used in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsOperating machinery and tools to create or repair parts Inspectingfinished tools and dies to ensure they meet quality standardsCollaborating with engineers and other team members to improveprocesses Travel to customers and help troubleshoot issues withtheir tooling The ability to perform a FLD and TLD analysis todetermine if a part is capable. Knowledge to determine if theproblem is related to the tool or the material being used. Must beable to determine what Tooling or material modifications may beneeded to obtain a capable process Knowledge of different grades ofsteel and how they react to different die conditions and partcapability Qualifications The successful candidate will possess thefollowing qualifications: 3 years of experience as a Tool and DieMaker.
