Full Job Description Crew Supervisor Duties:
- Oversee and manage a crew of construction workers on various projects
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the crew
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
