Water Treatment Technician Flotilla Partners 1311 SW 4th Terrace, Cape Coral, FL 33991 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective safe treatment of water , and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations, and optimizing treatment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of water treatment systems, including the operation of Clack, Autotrol, Fleck and Stenner equipment . Responsibilities Operate and maintain water treatment facilities, ensuring efficient and safe processes. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Analyze water samples to monitor quality and compliance with company standards. Utilize data collection methods to track system performance and identify areas for improvement. Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment maintenance and repairs. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to wastewater treatment processes. Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in various operational contexts. Build and implement strategies for enhancing treatment efficiency and reducing waste. Experience Proven experience in water treatment or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with Clack, or Fleck systems and logic controllers is advantageous. Experience in plumbing or heavy equipment operation is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
