We’re looking for a hands-on Regional Lead to help us grow and guide a team of 2-4 technicians across our residential and commercial routes. You’ll be a key part of our leadership team—helping manage scheduling, routing, and quality control—while still getting your boots on the ground (and gloves on the job).

Your Responsibilities:

Perform pet waste removal services at residential and commercial properties Oversee daily scheduling and routing for your technician team Support and train new team members to DoodyCalls’ high standards Serve as a point of contact for customer needs and service questions Keep your vehicle and tools clean, organized, and job-ready Help ensure service quality, efficiency, and happy tails all around You’re a

Great Fit If You:

Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Have experience leading a small team or managing field operations Enjoy working outdoors and staying active on the job Are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative Can lift 20-50 lbs, walk for extended periods, and work in varying weather Know how to motivate a team, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly Love dogs, clean yards, and being part of something bigger than yourself
