The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the sanitation staff in their daily duties Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and company standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Handle any sanitation-related emergencies or issues promptly Qualifications Experience in manufacturing industry is require Experience in food industry prefered Strong leadership and supervisory skills Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with laundering processes is a plus Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is advantageous
