We are looking for day shift shift (6am-2:30pm) Water Treatment Tech to work in our Thermal production department. The Water Treatment Tech will perform variety of activities in testing and treating waste water for pollutants.
Responsibilities:
Monitors the operation of waste water treatment equipment. Observes variations in operating conditions and interprets gauges and meter readings to determine process adjustment requirements. Controls and adjusts flow and treatment processes as required to maintain waste water quality. Performs routine maintenance on treatment equipment and reports malfunctions. Performs tests requiring the use of standard procedures and methods to determine pollutant levels in water that has been used in the manufacturing process. Collects waste water samples. Confirms or rejects water quality. Maintain logs and records indicating water condition, and performs data entry of test results. May perform other duties as assigned by management. High School or better. Technical/other training or better.
