Daily Responsibilities Include:

Lead and supervise sanitation staff: scheduling, training, safety, and performance
Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and reassembled per procedures
Maintain electronic/paper records for audits and compliance
Disassemble/reassemble equipment and perform line bottle changeovers
Monitor and maintain cleaning chemical inventory
Troubleshoot sanitation and quality issues
Collaborate with chemical suppliers and internal teams
Recommend improvements to sanitation processes and efficiency
Qualifications Necessary to be

Considered:

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role within sanitation or cleaning
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks (e.g., kneeling, climbing, squatting)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
