Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a Working Superintendent for a mid-sized Utility Construction Company servicing NC and SC. This candidate must have the ability and leadership to manage 4 to 5-man crews for Underground Water and Sewer Construction. Must be able to read and understand construction drawings and plans. Must have the ability to use computer software and submit electronic paperwork daily. Must be organized and the overall ability to project and forecast workflow. Must have the ability to understand estimates and project budgets.

Qualifications:

• Proven management experience installing Water and Sewer systems for commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Water and Sewer installation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality control. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
