Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator/Lab Technician Cedarwood Environmental Services 3169 Route 145, East Durham, NY 12423 Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Trainee Cedarwood Environmental Services is looking to add additional wastewater treatment plant operators to our team in the Green County, NY, area. Candidates need to be willing to work full-time, including weekend rotations and possible overtime situations. Looking for an entry level through a 3A NYS wastewater certification. Entry level should be willing to become certified. Cedarwood will train the candidate in wastewater unit processes and all related tasks. If an existing operator, Cedarwood pays for continuing education and renewals. Job Responsibilities Candidates must possess the following: Good verbal and writing skills Perform in-house analytical testing and sampling Coordinate sampling with certified lab Understanding of basic math and computer skills Must have good communication skills, work well in a team environment, possess good mechanical aptitude, and work safely. GED A NYS
