We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial GroundwaterTreatment Operator to join our team. This role is responsible foroperating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial Groundwatertreatment systems. The ideal candidate will have a strongmechanical aptitude, knowledge of water treatment processes, andthe ability to work independently or within a team to ensurecompliance with environmental regulations. Job Details Key Responsibilities Perform chemical batching forindustrial wastewater treatment. Inspect equipment and monitoroperating conditions, meters, and gauges to ensure proper systemfunctionality. Collect and analyze water and wastewater samplesusing field testing equipment and color analysis standards.

Maintain accurate operational data and prepare reports usingelectronic logs and spreadsheets. Operate and adjust controls toregulate treatment processes for inorganic and organicconstituents. Maintain, repair, and lubricate equipment using handand power tools. Clean and maintain tanks, filter beds, pumps, andother system components. Operate mobile equipment such asforklifts, loaders, and lulls for system maintenance. Coordinateroutine operations and maintenance activities with plant workers.

Troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical systems and controls(12V DC to 480V AC). Assist with all levels of operation,maintenance, and monitoring of wastewater treatment facilities.

Required Knowledge & Skills Practical knowledge of air monitoringequipment (PID), granular activated carbon and multimediafiltration systems. Experience with various pumps, includingcentrifugal, chemical feed, and air-operated diaphragm pumps.

Ability to operate inclined plate clarifiers and filter presses.

Experience using colorimeters (HACH), conductivity/dissolvedoxygen/pH/ORP meters, and analyzers. Basic troubleshooting of powersupply systems and ability to read design/as-built/P&IDdiagrams. Familiarity with iPad-based HMI systems for treatmentsystem operations. General understanding of SCADA systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education & Licensing Minimum:

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

Technical school certificate in industrial maintenanceor electrical-related field. Candidates with a N1-N4 are highlypreferred. Maintaining an N-license requires continued education orsuccessful retesting every three years. Preferred QualificationsStrong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities. Excellentverbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, organized,and able to work independently or in a team. Willingness to work ininclement weather conditions. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
