Certified Wastewater Operator Position Details:

This is a full-time, 40 hours a week position at our Cabot location. Schedule includes exclusive daylight shifts and an on call week rotation once every three months. Competitive pay based on experience, with rates up to $30 an hour!

Certified Wastewater Operator Requirements:

Wastewater Operator Certification with subclasses 1 & 4 Water Operator Certification with subclasses 7, 8, 9, & 12 General mechanical, construction, and plumbing skills Valid drivers license High school diploma Caring and professional attitude

Certified Wastewater Operator Responsibilities:

Daily DEP required regulatory testing Performs general maintenance duties such as maintaining air pumps and drawing samples Perform all necessary procedures to keep plant in compliance Maintain all tolls, equipment, and supplies in proper condition Maintain facility during seasonal changes, including snow and ice removal Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and emergency systems Why Work For Us?
