Water and Wastewater Operator Position Available In Erie, Pennsylvania

Water and Wastewater Operator Borough of Lake City Lake City, PA 16423 The Borough of Lake City is accepting resumes for the full-time position of Water/Wastewater Operator. The successful candidate will assist in all phases of operation and maintenance of the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, Collection and Distribution Systems. Must have the ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions, on call hours and weekends as required, pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening test.

This position requires:

High school Diploma or equivalent, valid PA driver’s license, PA DEP Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator’s License Class B, E, Subclass 2, or the ability to pass required exams within 1 year of employment. PA DEP Water Treatment Plant Operator’s License Class B, E Subclass 7,8, & 12, or the ability to pass required certification exams within 2 years.
