Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some weekends as needed)
Pay Rate:
$19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Sanitation Lead to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can work alongside the sanitation crew, set the pace, and ensure that all sanitation tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently. While this position includes some leadership responsibilities, it is primarily a working role where you will lead by example and assist with daily sanitation duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment, production areas, and facility according to established procedures. Lead and work alongside the sanitation team to ensure all tasks are completed safely, correctly, and on time. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety guidelines, and food safety standards. Assist in training new team members on proper sanitation procedures. Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishment. Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout the facility. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly. Work occasional weekends based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sanitation, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial environment. Leadership or team lead experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and safety protocols. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
