Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Today, over 55 years later, the product line has broadened to include cabinetry and storage solutions to help maximize the total home living space. This role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living. The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Quality and Finishing Department Finishing Blow off Duster Duties and Responsibilities (after paint): Blows off dust from parts on moving paint line. Utilizes the air nozzle (without brush) to blow the dust off of painted product parts. Determines what area to remove dust based on what parts are hanging on the line (flat panels on doors – dust is removed from corners). Responsible for blowing off back and front (if part painted on both sides). Quality Blow off Duster Duties and Responsibilities (before paint): Wipes off unpainted product parts with the sanding sponge on moving paint line. Uses the attached air nozzle (with brush) to blow off dust from the unpainted product parts. Responsible for blowing off all edges of the part.

Position has recurring work situations that involve having a high attention to detail and service results. It is important that Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Safety protocols be followed as a guide for operational direction. Failing to follow prescribed guidelines will waste resources and adversely impact performance.

Working Conditions:

Must stand on feet in a stationary position for more than 8 hours. Occasionally lifts 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
