Welder And Fabricator Position Available In Madison, Alabama

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Intermediate Welder to join our team. This role involves working on various fabrication projects, requiring a strong understanding of blueprints and welding symbols. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding on chrome, coated metal, and mild steel, and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks in various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Interpret and read blueprints with weld symbols. + Perform fabrication welding, focusing on project-based work rather than production welding. Projects may span a single day or multiple days. + Utilize tools such as tape measures, clamps, and vice grips effectively. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks. + Execute MIG welding on chrome, coated metal, and mild steel. + Handle physically demanding tasks, including welding in various positions.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
