Welder Job Description We are seeking skilled Welders to join our dynamic team in Boaz, AL. This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their welding careers with a company that prioritizes skill development and offers rapid pay increases based on performance and certification. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding in flat, overhead, and downhill positions. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards in an ISO-certified environment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in welding various materials such as mild steel and stainless steel. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to weld in various positions (flat, overhead, downhill). Additional Skills & Qualifications Must pass a MIG welding test.
