Welding Supervisor Position Available In Mobile, Alabama

Welding Supervisor RightWorks Theodore, AL 36582 RightWorks is hiring a Welding Supervisor in Mobile for one of the region’s largest ASME-coded fabricators.

Rate:

$38-42 + $150 per diem (multiple shifts available).

Location:

Theodore, AL 36582 ($150 per diem located outside of the Mobile region) This position will be working closely to mentor younger supervisors, as well as direct large groups of welders on site. The Company specializes in massive ASME fabrication for the aerospace and oil & gas industry. Expected duration is 3-4 months, with the possibility for longer-term opportunities after. The role is probably closer to a mid-term welding superintendent working closely with more junior supervisors, QHSE, & welders on the floor.

• Must have experience overseeing multi-million dollar ASME-coded fabrication projects.
• Must have directly overseen welders performing stainless steel & carbon steel work.
• Must have supervision experience in welding shops in excess of 50 people.
• Must be willing to work in Mobile for the duration of the project.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and vibration. Medium to loud noise level in the work environment
