And we’re hiring Night Shift Structural Welder / Fitter – Join Our Team in Pell City! Our family-owned fabrication shop in Pell City is growing fast, and we’re hiring for multiple roles . Right now, we’re looking for a third-shift welder/fitter to join our structural steel team. The parts you build will help create commercial and industrial buildings across the region.
Shift:
3rd Shift – Typically 10:00 PM to 6:30
AM What You’ll Be Doing:
Prep and cut steel components to exact size based on plans Use grinders or similar tools to prep materials for welding Clamp and align pieces using calipers, rulers, and other layout tools Perform MIG welding in various positions with precision Keep your gear and area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
What We’re Looking For:
Prior welding experience in a shop or structural setting Ability to accurately read a tape measure Familiarity with various welding machines and procedures Safety-first mindset and use of PPE at all times Steady hands, focus, and pride in your craftsmanship Must pass a horizontal weld test and drug screen Ready for a change?
