Job Description

    Welder

  • About the Opportunity
  • We’re expanding fast—building a new facility that’s triple the size of our current space—and we’re looking for experienced welders to join our growing team. If you have a passion for working with structural and miscellaneous steel and want to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and career growth, this is your chance.
  • What You’ll Do
  • + Weld and assemble structural and miscellaneous steel components for a wide range of projects, from commercial buildings to custom railings.

+ Utilize MIG (bare wire and flux core) and Stick welding methods to complete high-quality welds. + Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precision in fabrication and installation. + Assist in erecting steel structures on-site and contribute to field installations. + Maintain a strong focus on safety, using appropriate PPE and following all safety guidelines. + Accurately measure and mark materials using a tape measure down to 1/16″. + Travel to various job sites daily, with occasional shop-based work depending on project needs.

  • Qualifications
  • + At least 2 years of hands-on experience with MIG and Stick welding.

+ Solid background in structural steelwork. + Ability to read and work from blueprints and use standard hand tools. + OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred). + Must supply your own welding hood, basic hand tools, and

PPE. + A

strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow with the team.

  • Bonus Skills
  • + Experience with miscellaneous steel fabrication is highly desirable. + Familiarity with layout work and field measurements. + Certified in Stick welding across various positions. + Background in steel erection and ironwork is a plus.

  • Work Conditions
  • Expect a dynamic workday that includes travel to job sites and occasional shop work during slower periods. Standard hours are 6/7 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility based on project demands.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
