Description
Manufacturer in Wallingford, CT Looking for Fine Solderer to Join Their Team! The Solderer will be responsible for producingponents by fine surface mount soldering using a microscope.

Hours:

6:30am-3:00pm

Monday-Friday Pay:

$18-20/hr based on experience

Fine Soldering Associate Responsibilities:

Prepare work to be aplished by studying assembly instructions, engineering drawings and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
This position involves hand soldering of surface mountponents and fine wires in various applications other than circuit boards Assembleponents by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Use tools and equipment to assemble sensorponents according to technical specifications.
Precise soldering of coils
Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
Produce cables using various hand-crimp tools.
Assembleponents using various adhesives and epoxies.

Fine Solderer Requirements:

Experience in fine soldering under a microscope
s must have strong surface mount soldering skills.
Experience with cable harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, and use of basic electrical test equipment is a plus.
