HOURS:
Expected shifts will be 8-hour days starting at 7 AM •

Expected Work will be Monday-Friday, 40+ hours/week •

Job Description:
This position is responsible for welding structural steel in our fabrication shop. Products fabricated in our shop include building structures, and miscellaneous components. A successful candidate will have a welding experience with vertical and overhead welds.
Pay:
$20.00 – $26.00 per hour(Based on experience) Welding structural steel parts as specified per drawings and marked up weld symbols Obtain and maintain the required welding certification(s) Assure structural components are welded correctly with visual inspection Safely operate overhead cranes, air arc, grinder and magnetic drill and any other required tools of the trade Communicate up and down the line to ensure quality and completeness Assure work is completed in a safe manner, while following all required safety policies Maintain good housekeeping, not limited to cleaning, trash scrap removal and other production related jobs
General Requirements:
Applicant will be required to complete a weld test Minimum 2 years’ experience in steel fabrication Experience operating overhead cranes 2G/3G certification preferred Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required Drug and background screen required
