This position will work in our Pompano Beach, FL facility. The Welder position is the perfect position for a dependable, dedicated, self-motivated team player willing to maintain an aggressive production schedule. Overtime and adjusted hours are sometimes necessary as scheduling demands. Candidate must be a highly skilled individual with a minimum of three years welding experience. This position requires comprehensive working knowledge with stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel (all with a wide range of material thickness). Certified welder a plus.
Requirements:
- Specific knowledge of set-up and operating TIG Welding equipment with 3+ years’ experience
- TIG welding on ALL metals (Stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and determine quality requirements
- Knowledge of and ability to work with hand tools, saws, etc.
- Ensure outstanding quality and optimum efficiency are consistently achieved
- Maintain clean and safe work area by following 5S and Safety guidelines
- Must be computer literate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in English.
