The Mac/Mat Welder is responsible for performing welding tasks on various materials to create and repair products according to specifications Key Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on Mac and Mat materials Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ensure quality and safety standards are met Maintain welding equipment and tools Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and a technical certification in welding Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques Experience with metal fabrication Familiarity with welding codes and standards Knowledge of welding safety practices Ability to operate welding machinery Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
