Job Description:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks in accordance with technical drawings, welding codes, and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for experienced welders as well as those newly certified who are eager to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core welding (based on experience and project needs)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and customer specifications
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment

Qualifications:

• Must have a technical degree or welding certification from an accredited institution
• Welding experience ranging from entry-level to advanced welcome
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be local to Jacksonville, FL
• Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed
