DETAILED SUMMARY
Perform high-quality aluminum welding using techniques such as TIG, MIG, and other methods as required. Fabricate aluminum components according to blueprints, technical drawings, or verbal instructions. Verify patient information and assist with check-in procedures. Inspect welded joints and components for defects such as cracks, porosity, and incomplete fusion. Perform necessary repairs or adjustments to meet quality standards. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Cut, shape, and prepare aluminum materials for welding and assembly. Ensure materials meet specifications and standards. Address patient concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with various welding equipment and tools. Relevant welding certifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum welding and fabrication. Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
