Job Description

ITS INTEGRATOR JR INTEGRATED TOWER SYSTEMS

Vero Beach, FL 32968 SUMMARY Integrates tower products such as multi-section telescoping towers, trailers, shelters, control cabinets, and generators completely by working on bench tops or floor by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners. Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts. Operates hand drills, drill presses, hand grinders, band saw, and air tools to assist in assembly operation. Installs parts such as mounts, brackets, control cables, motors, electrical components, and accessory items and works them to assure free movement. Conducts or assists in conducting final acceptance tests of the complete product. Other duties may be assigned.

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak fluent English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to read and use a tape measure.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
