Custom Fabricator Therma-Save, LLC. Monticello, FL 32344 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various fabrication processes. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting schematics, operating welding equipment, and producing high-quality components that meet our specifications. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Interpret and work from technical schematics and blueprints to fabricate components. Operate plasma cutting equipment and perform welding tasks using various techniques including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and Stick welding. Assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to ensure precision in fabrication. Conduct quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards of production. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication. Proficiency in plasma cutting and various welding techniques including FCAW and Stick welding. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
