Fabricator Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator with expertise in line boring to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to precise specifications, utilizing various welding techniques and metal fabrication skills. Attention to detail, precision, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

Pay Rate:

$18 – $25/Hr.

Fabricator Responsibilities:

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to fabricate and weld metal components.
Measure, cut, and shape metal using various tools such as shears, saws, and presses.
Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and arc welders to assemble and weld metal parts.
Perform line boring tasks with accuracy and precision. Ensuring proper fitment and strong welds.
Conduct quality checks on fabricated components and welds to ensure they meet required standards.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain and repair fabrication equipment as needed.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of fabrication equipment as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Fabricator Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, preferably in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
Strong welding skills with experience in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
Mandatory experience in Line Boring.
Solid understanding of metal fabrication processes.
Ability to operate and maintain various fabrication tools and equipment.
Familiarity with different metals, their characteristics, and welding requirements.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
Physical strength and stamina to handle metal components and work in a demanding environment.
Welding certification or vocational training in welding is preferred.
