Welder Advanced Position Available In Manatee, Florida

Job Description:

• Must bring personal weld hood, steel toes work shoes for weldtest.
• Safey glass and hearing protection will be provided asneeded.
• As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring thequality and integrity of our welding processes.
• You will beresponsible for performing welding operations, interpretingblueprints and specifications, and maintaining a high standard ofworkmanship.
• Your expertise in welding techniques and attentionto detail will be essential in meeting project requirements andensuring the safety and reliability of our products.
• You willreport directly to our Welding Supervisor.
• In this role, you willimpact the efficiency and effectiveness of our welding operations,contributing to the success of our projects and the overall growthof our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform welding operationsusing various techniques and equipment
• Interpret blueprints,drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
• Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet qualitystandards
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, and performroutine maintenance as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols andmaintain a clean and organized work area

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of3 years of experience as a Welder
• Proficiency in various weldingtechniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick
• Recent experience weldingstainless steel and/or aluminum
• Ability to read and interpretblueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention todetail and a commitment to producing high-quality work VALUED
• Relevant certification or training in welding
• Experience workingin a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of weldingcodes and standards
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshootingskills
