STEEL SHOP WELDER/FABRICATOR

LM Industrial, a veteran-owned company specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking an experienced skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The role involves reading blueprints and specifications, selecting appropriate materials, and executing welding processes with precision. The individual will also be expected to inspect finished products for accuracy, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication for custom projects, including structural steel and other materials, using various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and STICK.
• Ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the Foreman and team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience and strong proficiency in MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and STICK Welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions
• Commitment to workplace safety
