TIG Welder on Gas Turbine Alloys Job Description We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with welding on gas turbine components using various materials such as Nickel Alloys, Inconel, Haynes, cobalt, and stainless steel. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of the welding process. Responsibilities Set-up and installation of welding equipment Execution of welding on gas turbine components as per the required technical specifications Quality check of the performed work before operation step confirmation Preparation and confirmation of the required quality documentation Reporting of used production time per production step Setting up welding parameters, selecting consumable materials, and preparing workpieces for new welding process trials together with engineering staff Designing and fabricating welding fixtures, chill blocks, and purge boxes as required Essential Skills Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience Experience with TIG welding on various materials such as Nickel Alloys, Inconel, Haynes, cobalt, and stainless steel Ability to read blueprints Fabrication experience Experience with precious metals Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with MIG welding and Flux core Skills in fitting, blueprint reading, and using a tape measure Experience with pneumatic tools and skills with belting and grinding Why Work Here? Candidates must have steel-toe safety shoes rated by ASTM F 2413-05 or ANSI Z41-1999, with I/C (Impact/compression), EH (electrical hazard), and SD (Static Dissipative) features. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, with 1st shift hours from 5:30am to 4:00pm and 2nd shift hours from 3:30pm to 2:00am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
