We’re looking for passionate individuals ready to take on a full-time 1st shift TIG/MIG Stainless Steel Welding position in our Welding Department, working with up to 1″ stainless steel in a clean, well-organized environment that values safety, precision, and team spirit. With competitive pay, a consistent 4-day workweek (Monday•Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday, 6:30 a.m•5:00 p.m.), and overtime opportunities, this is more than a job—it’s a launchpad for your future. Candidates must pass a 40 question written test without missing any welding symbols to be considered for interview and welding test.

education: High School Responsibilities Joins, fabricates and repairs metal and other weldable material by ing appropriate welding techniques
Precision TIG and MIG Stainless Steel pipe and plate .060 to 1.00 inch
Must meet tolerance of 0.0060 on all work.
Keep work area organized to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Competencies & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 3 year of experience in the field or in a related area/school
Ability to read and interpret welding symbols
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment until air conditioning installed later this year.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and remain on feet for long periods of time
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Displays a positive attitude
Must have verifiable exceptional attendance history The essential functions of this role include:
