Aluminum Welder WorkerBee’s Pro Lakeland, FL 33811 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Aluminum welding and fabrication, with experience in various techniques and tools. This role is essential for producing high-quality metal components and assemblies, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and specifications.

REQUIRED

• Aluminum Welding with a spool gun

• Duties:

• Assemble and fabricate metal parts according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, codes, and standards
• Solder or braze parts together using appropriate techniques
• Operate press brake machines for bending and shaping metal
• Use machining tools to cut, drill, and shape metal components
• Perform welding tasks including MIG and stick welding (spool gun)

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
• Experience in on-site, hot work experience
• Familiar with welding to D1.1 steel &_ D1.2 aluminum welding_ specifications
• Skilled in operating welding equipment and other fabrication tools
• AWS Certification preferred but we can certify the right person
