⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Welder with strong Fabrication skills (Lake Mary) compensation: Up to $25/hrs employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Cashier Customer Service – Scale Op Local metal fabrication company is seeking a skilled Welder for their location in Lake Mary, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting and welding metal components according to specifications. Position requires candidate that has strong metal fabrication skills, knowledge of operating welding equipment, TIG welding, and ability to read blueprints. Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm. Duties Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding codes standards to ensure accurate assembly Perform TIG, MMA, and other welding techniques as required Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal Utilize manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions to weld components. •Able to use calipers, rulers, and clamp pieces to align components. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Experience Experience with sheet metal. Proven 3 years minimum experience in welding. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience with a variety of welding techniques. Experience in operating electrical or manual tools. Previous experience working with metal material. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong attention to detail. Principals only.
