As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

$19.00 per hour What’s the Job? Operate assigned machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses. Complete the OMP operator maintenance program for assigned machines within the first 90 days of employment. Consistently meet production requirements and quality standards. Recognize unsafe or defective products and take corrective actions. Maintain a clean and safe work area while documenting processes accurately. What’s Needed? High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year of related experience preferred. Ability to use required personal protective equipment at all times. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures. What’s in it for me?
