Fabricator/ Welder
JOB DESCRIPTION
Competencies and Skills:
Able to pass a tack welding test within the first 90 days.
Understands basic Math. Ability to use and read tape measure to a 1/32″ scope (standard).
Clear Communication:
Able to follow both verbal and written instructions from trainer/leaderman. Able to communicate clearly with co-workers.
Customer Service:
Able to build relationships among co-workers.
Able to withstand crisis situations.
Able to stand/walk for variable period of time.
Able to work outside for duration of shift in variable climates.
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Responsibilities:
Operate hand grinder.
Operate forklift.
Operate drills.
Operate overhead crane.
Utilize oxy-fuel cutting torch to burn material in a straight line.
Other duties as assigned to facilitate daily workflow of production.
