salary:

$18 – $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities abrication &

Repair:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Fabricate trailer frames, components, and structures using welding equipment.
Perform repairs on damaged or worn trailer parts to ensure structural integrity.

Welding Operations:

Set up and operate various welding machines (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to job requirements.
Conduct cutting, grinding, and finishing tasks as necessary.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Maintenance & Safety:

Maintain and repair welding equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Keep a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with the fabrication team and project managers to meet production deadlines.
Provide feedback on process improvements and materials usage. The essential functions of this role include:
