Job Description
Welder Responsibilities:
? Manually TIG weld dissimilar metals ? Producequality welds using TIG and MIG processes, maintain weld quality andcharacteristics ? Operate required machinery in the department ? Inspectcompleted pieces to ensure quality standards and specifications are met? Maintain tools and equipment in good working order ? Other duties asassigned
Welder Requirements:
? Minimum 2-3 years of TIG and MIGexperience ? Ability to set-up computerized machines and physicallyshape components ? Ability to operate various types of bending, flaring,and shaping equipment ? Ability to communicate and interact effectivelyin all situations ? ASME Welding Certificate preferred ? High SchoolDiploma or GED with technical training preferred
