We are seeking a skilled PermanentPipe Welder (TIG) to join our dynamic team in the manufacturingindustry. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional witha strong background in welding carbon steel and tig root, with aminimum of 5 years of experience. This role is perfect for atechnically proficient individual who is passionate aboutprecision, quality, and safety. As a Permanent Pipe Welder (TIG),you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that ourmanufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Pipe Welder (TIG), yourresponsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. PerformingTIG welding operations on carbon steel pipes in accordance withspecified procedures and standards. 2. Interpreting blueprints,drawings, and specifications to understand the welding requirementsand set up the welding equipment accordingly. 3. Conductinginspections of welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws andensure adherence to quality standards. 4. Maintaining and repairingall welding equipment and fixtures. 5. Adhering to all safetyprotocols and procedures, including the use of protectiveequipment. 6. Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and solvewelding issues. 7. Ensuring work is done accurately and efficientlyto minimize waste and downtime. 8. Participating in ongoingtraining and development opportunities to maintain currentknowledge in the field.

Qualifications:

To be considered for thePermanent Pipe Welder (TIG) position, candidates must possess thefollowing qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience inTIG welding, specifically with carbon steel and tig root. 2. Aproven track record of interpreting and following blueprints,drawings, and specifications. 3. Demonstrated proficiency in usingmanual or semi-automatic welding equipment. 4. Strong knowledge ofsafety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment. 5.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshootwelding issues. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of ateam. 7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 8.Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items. 9.
