Job Title:

2nd shift

TIG Welding Pay Rate:

$25•30/hour

Shift:

3PM to 11:30PM Monday•

Friday Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate and the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience in TIG welding, along with the ability to perform machining operations on a manual mill or lathe.

Role & Responsibilities:

Perform welding and brazing operations to join similar and dissimilar metals using various techniques. Fabricate components and perform machining operations as needed. Troubleshoot issues during weld-braze operations. Utilize the latest welding technology to ensure high-quality results. Understand and execute safety requirements and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of verifiable TIG welding experience. High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in welding, fabrication, and machining is preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient with power tools and measuring instruments. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot welding equipment and processes. Good reading, writing, and basic math skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
