Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a 2nd Shift Welder to join our team in the production of high-quality steel trailers. The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG and MIG welding and the ability to work efficiently with steel components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel parts to assemble trailers according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Inspect welded parts for quality and accuracy. Set up welding equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safety. Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all company safety procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding (preferably in a manufacturing environment). Ability to read blueprints or welding symbols is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Must be able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
