Job Description:

Monday-Thursday (occasionally work Fridays) 2:30pm-1:00 am$18/hr SUMMARY Assembles, spotwelds, grinds and polishessub-assemblies and final assembly’s working independently and as amember of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include thefollowing. Other duties may be assigned. Selects equipment,fixtures and hand tools needed to perform task; sets up andmaintains equipment used. Positions, aligns, and spot weldscomponents together using fixtures, gauges, and measuring tools.

Grinds, files, polishes welds to insure a smooth even transitionbetween components. Interpret Company process control documents(Engineering Drawings, Travelers, and Product Catalogs) todetermine component configuration. Proficiency in the use of allnecessary measuring methods. Proficiency in the use of PC-basedinformation systems. Setup and operate stationary overhead andmulti head spot welders. Ensure workmanship meets or exceedscompany quality standards. Assist in product development.
