PositionSummary:

The Welder / Fabricator will demonstrate and work safely inall aspects of the job to determine appropriate welding process. Bea safety champion within the team, lead and model safe behaviorsand drive continued safety improvements.

Responsibilities:

Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematicsto determine appropriate welding process. Cut, fabricate, and weld metal parts to customerspecifications Inspects completed welds to determine structuralsoundnessRequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities Manage time efficiently Attention to detail Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to safelyoperate a company vehicle on a daily basisEssential Functions Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8-10 hourshift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to visually inspect completed work Must be able to respond to audio prompts Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors andcoworkersEducation and Experience 1-2 years’ welding experience Ability to demonstrate proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stickwelding is preferred.
